The Plan

  1. Eat:  Not starve.  Not diet.  Eat.  Fuel my body for the work ahead without depriving myself of whatever it is I want.
  2. Move: Exercise.  Move.  Breathe.  Live.
  3. Think: Surround myself with positive, inspiring people and things that will lead me closer to my Dangerous Curves.  Shrug off haters and hecklers, wishing them love and happiness. 
  4. Prepare: Know my strengths and apply them.  Know my weaknesses and eliminate them.
  5. Care: Manicures.  Pedicures.  Clothes that fit.  Hair done.  Time to drop the mess and just be hot.
